You may continue to use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi for free as long as you accept our Terms.<\/div><div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">We cannot guarantee that the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi will work with all hardware and devices, nor can we guarantee device connectivity.<\/div><div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">The Better-E Guest Wi-Fi is designed for web browsing and app use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information or data obtained from the internet via the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi.<\/span><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c9e8df4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c9e8df4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Any activity you perform on the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi network will be recorded and associated with your device. We use that information to monitor compliance with these Terms, to prevent and detect crime, and to monitor Better-E Guest Wi-Fi usage. Your device data will be retained for up to 12 months after your last logon, and your email address will be retained for 12 months after the later of your last logon or, if you have subscribed to receive marketing emails, the date you unsubscribe.<\/div><div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">We reserve the right to monitor and report on any activity that occurs on the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi network.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c59eef4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c59eef4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. What not to do on Better-E Guest Wi-Fi<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0349ef0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0349ef0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">You agree not to: \u2022 use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi for any unlawful or illegal purpose; \u2022 use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi for any commercial purposes; \u2022 use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi in any way that causes the whole or part of the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi to be interrupted, damaged, made less efficient, or impairs the effectiveness or functionality of the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi in any way; \u2022 use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi to send or post any computer viruses \u2022 use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi in a way that violates the rights of others (whether in breach of confidentiality or intellectual property rights or otherwise).<\/div><div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">We reserve the right, without prior notice, to terminate or restrict your access to the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi if we believe you are misusing the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi or are otherwise in breach of these Terms.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-02a79e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"02a79e0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7.
