Welcome to the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi network (also known as “Guest-Wi-Fi”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before connecting to the Guest Wi-Fi. These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice, comprise the terms and conditions for using Better-E Guest Wi-Fi. We reserve the right to change these Terms and the Privacy Notice at any time, so please review them frequently.
By clicking the “Connect to the Internet” button, you confirm that you accept these Terms, that you have read, understood, and agree to all of them.
1. Making use of the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi
Better-E Guest Wi-Fi is a complimentary service. You may continue to use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi for free as long as you accept our Terms.
We cannot guarantee that the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi will work with all hardware and devices, nor can we guarantee device connectivity.
The Better-E Guest Wi-Fi is designed for web browsing and app use. Any browsing must be done in accordance with paragraph 6 of these terms.
We are not liable for the content of websites that you visit while using Better-E Guest Wi-Fi. We reserve the right to restrict access to specific features and websites at our sole discretion.

2. Young Adults and Children
Under the age of 18, children and young adults are not permitted to use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi.
3. Dependability
We do not guarantee continuous access to the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi, and we reserve the right to terminate the service at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion. Better-E Guest Wi-Fi is not a secure network, and we are not responsible for the security of any information or data transmitted via Better-E Guest Wi-Fi. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information or data obtained from the internet via the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi.
4. How we use your data
By using the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi, you acknowledge and agree that your device information will be saved. Any activity you perform on the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi network will be recorded and associated with your device. We use that information to monitor compliance with these Terms, to prevent and detect crime, and to monitor Better-E Guest Wi-Fi usage. Your device data will be retained for up to 12 months after your last logon, and your email address will be retained for 12 months after the later of your last logon or, if you have subscribed to receive marketing emails, the date you unsubscribe.
We reserve the right to monitor and report on any activity that occurs on the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi network.
5. Our obligation to you
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
We will not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise for: • loss of income or revenue; • loss of business; • loss of profits or contracts; • loss of anticipated savings; • loss of opportunity or goodwill; • loss of, damage to, or corruption of data; or • indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
6. What not to do on Better-E Guest Wi-Fi
You agree not to: • use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi for any unlawful or illegal purpose; • use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi for any commercial purposes; • use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi in any way that causes the whole or part of the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi to be interrupted, damaged, made less efficient, or impairs the effectiveness or functionality of the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi in any way; • use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi to send or post any computer viruses • use the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi in a way that violates the rights of others (whether in breach of confidentiality or intellectual property rights or otherwise).
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to terminate or restrict your access to the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi if we believe you are misusing the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi or are otherwise in breach of these Terms.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees), costs, and other expenses that may arise as a result of or in connection with your inappropriate or unauthorized access to the Better-E Guest Wi-Fi and/or breach of any of these Terms.
